No natural skin care product would have anything like Benzoyl Peroxide in it....it is a nasty chemical irritant used to bleach hair or whiten teeth - the last thing you should do is put it on your skin.

If you don't get a bad reaction to it, it will whiten your skin and dry it out - check your pillows, if they weren't white to start with, they probably are now!

Any product you move to will probably take your skin a couple of weeks to adjust to, so if you get a breakout, it probably isn't the new product or lack of the old...just part of the process.

Natural products are great for anyone with acne - I'd suggest starting off with one formulated for sensitive skin, then as your skin improves, move to one that suits your skin type - e.g. one for T-Zone/ Combination skin.

Consider using a cream cleanser instead of a facial wash and don't overwash your skin with harsh detergents or soap.

I always use Pai...and frequently recommend it...so look at their Chamomile & Rosehip Sensitive Cream to start:

And then move onto a different one once your skin has settled, such as the Geranium & Thistle Combination Skin moisturizer:

Stick with using creams - they are better than any natural remedies, honestly. Apart from drinking lots of water, there's not much natural that is going to help your spots.

Stick with ProActive, or if you want something cheaper, try Quinoderm which contains benzoyl peroxide too and works really well for me.

I hope that answered your question.
